Happy to see 1.......4...... anything!! Down 1.4.
My Wednesday started off with an early morning 4.5 mile run. I met my friend Colleen (thanks for the pic) and we ran some in her neighborhood and some at the high school track down the street. I live on a private road. I am envious of most that can just run out their door no matter how early, because they feel safe like that. Not me. I usually have to drive myself to a neighborhood or I would be running on main roads. Today was incredible warm for January in Maryland. No hat or gloves required for this 6am run. I was almost sorry that I wore a jacket until we ran through some fog and the temperature really dropped off. Have you ever run in the dark fog before?? Reminded me of a movie that does not turn out too well. lol
I worked until 5 then headed to the gym for a 5:30 spin class. I wish you could see how wet my shirt is! I am loving spin and the workout you get is amazing.
I had an appointment with an allergist yesterday (spent almost 4 hours there) and I will be posting about that tomorrow. It was quite an adventure since I had never been to one before. Hopefully, we found some things out that will help me:)
Sorry, but I have been fighting a cold the past few days. Not to mention my super long day! This is all I got because I gotta hit the sack early!!!!

You look awesome Teresa! Sorry you're sick - feel better!
ReplyDeleteThanks Stacie! I am finally feeling better today and went to the gym for a very light workout. Tough getting your energy back!
DeleteI want to take a spin class so bad! I can see how wet your shirt is, it must be an amazing workout! Hope you feel better soon!
ReplyDeleteI love spin! Being sick I have not exercised for 4 days!!! Ahhhhhh. I went to the gym after work today but only managed to run one mile on the treadmill then had to walk. Switched over to the elliptical for 30 minutes then finally the bike for 10. I did not even break a sweat!! Hopefully tomorrow will be better!! Awesome job on your 18!!!
